Jill LaPrad – Owner & Master Jeweler
Jill’s wealth of knowledge was gained originally as a graduate of Bowman Technical School. She has honed her skills for over 30 years in jewelry design, manufacturing, and repair. During her tenure at Jeweler’s Services Inc., which began in 1985, she has gained extensive expertise in laser welding, fabrication, and a wide variety of stone setting techniques. After working at, and managing the company for so many years she took the plunge and became the owner in early 2017.

Sally Ashford
A Virginia Commonwealth University graduate with a BFA in crafts, Sally has been with Jeweler’s Services since 1992. She has filled the role of bench jeweler, estimator, designer, and oversees our Computer Designs.
In November of 2018, Sally completed her Graduate Gemologist certification from the Gemological Institute of America.

Sue Scholz
Sue has been with Jewelers Services since 2004 and working in the jewelry industry both in sales and management for over 30 years. She graduated from Miami University with a marketing BSB.
Sue will be happy to take in your jewelry for repairs or cleaning. She is also great to talk with if you are interested in buying a diamond.

Katie O'Neil
Katie started working at Jeweler’s Services in 2006 while completing her BFA in crafts and a minor in business at Longwood University. She had additional training at New Approach School for Jewelers which has allowed her greater knowledge in complex stone settings.
Katie is our specialist on the laser welder as well as a designer and bench jeweler.

Sarah Stafford
Sarah has been with Jeweler’s Services since 2010. She received her BFA with a concentration in crafts from Longwood University in 2013.
Sarah is our stringing specialist as well as a designer and bench jeweler.

Kipley Herr
Kipley graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a BFA in crafts in 1979. She originally started with Jeweler’s Services in 1980, starting as a bench jeweler and wax carver.
Now Kipley focus her talents on our advertising, managing social media, and painting color renditions of your custom designs.

Julia Anderson
Julia originally started working at Jeweler’s Services in 1999. She gained much of her jewelry knowledge while at Virginia Commonwealth University. She had additional training at New Approach School for Jewelers which has allowed her to specialize in complex stone settings as well as platinum fabrication/assembly.
